Origins Of Soy La Medicina
If you’ve found your way here, I trust there is a reason.
Perhaps you’re navigating a season of change. Perhaps you’ve been carrying questions that don’t seem to have simple answers. Or perhaps there is a quiet part of you that has been whispering for some time, inviting you to slow down, listen more deeply, and remember something that words alone cannot explain.
Whatever has brought you here, welcome.
There was a time when I believed I was searching for something outside of myself—answers, healing, purpose, belonging. As my journey unfolded, I realized I wasn’t searching for something new; I was remembering what had always been within me.
That remembrance changed the way I see life, healing, and the way I walk alongside others.
Soy La Medicina was born from this innerstanding.
To me, Soy La Medicina is more than the name of my work. It is a prayer. It is a remembrance. It is an invitation to return home to yourself and to remember that the wisdom, the love, the guidance, and the medicine you seek have always lived within you.
I don’t believe we are broken.
I believe that life, our experiences, our ancestral stories, and the roles we’ve learned to carry can sometimes cause us to forget who we truly are. My intention is not to tell you who you should become, but to hold a sacred space where you can remember who you have always been.
My own journey has taught me that healing is rarely about becoming someone new. More often, it is about gently remembering who we have always been beneath the expectations, the stories, the fear, and the experiences that have shaped us.
That innerstanding became the heart of Soy La Medicina.
For me, these words are more than the name of my practice. They are a way of living and relating to the world. They remind me that the wisdom we seek is not separate from us. It lives within our bodies, our dreams, our ancestors, our intuition, our relationship with nature, and the quiet places of the heart that are always inviting us back home.
I don’t believe anyone can give you your medicine.
I believe your medicine has always been within you.
Sometimes we simply need a compassionate witness, a sacred space, and supportive tools to help us remember what has never truly been lost.
This is the space I seek to create.
Whether through intuitive life coaching, Human Design, dreamwork, ancestral healing, tarot, or spiritual guidance, every offering begins with listening.
Listening to your story.
Listening to your dreams.
Listening to your body.
Listening to your ancestors.
Most importantly, listening to the wisdom that already lives within you.
I see these practices as pathways rather than destinations. They are invitations to explore yourself with curiosity instead of judgment, to honor your lived experiences, and to reconnect with the unique gifts, purpose, and wisdom that are yours alone.
My work is deeply rooted in the innerstanding that healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about cultivating relationship—with yourself, with Spirit, with your ancestors, with the Earth, and with the unseen wisdom that lovingly accompanies us throughout our lives.
As we strengthen these relationships, something beautiful begins to unfold. We remember that we belong. We begin trusting our intuition. We recognize the messages carried through our dreams. We honor the stories of those who came before us while choosing how we wish to move forward. We create space for healing, not because we are incomplete, but because we are worthy of living in greater alignment with who we truly are.
This work is not about having all the answers.
It is about creating space for the right questions.
Questions that gently invite us inward.
Questions that awaken remembrance.
Questions that help us reconnect with the truth that has always lived within us.
If our paths cross, my intention is not to walk ahead of you or behind you, but beside you—with compassion, presence, and deep respect for your unique journey.
It is an honor to witness others reclaim their voice, trust their inner knowing, and reconnect with the medicine that has always been theirs.
Thank you for being here.
May this be a place where you feel seen.
May it be a place where you feel supported.
May it be a place where you remember.
Because at the heart of everything I offer is one simple truth:
You are the medicine.
And remembering that may be the greatest healing of all.
“Welcome home to yourself.”
